Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Experience, Operations

Management, or a related field. A relevant certification in customer service, call centre operations, or people management would be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in call centre operations, customer service, or contact centre management, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience in managing service quality, team performance, SLAs, escalations, reporting, and call centre systems is preferred.
