Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our Dubai office. The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and maintaining HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Dubai office.

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Support recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.

• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and concerns.

• Maintain accurate and updated personnel files and HR databases.

• Coordinate with management and relevant teams on HR-related matters.

• Assist with payroll processing and monthly salary coordination.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE employment requirements.
