🚨 Hiring: Senior Pega Business Analyst (LBA)

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

💼 Experience: 10+ Years

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst

• Strong Commercial Banking domain knowledge preferred

• Hands-on experience in Commercial Lending / Loan Origination

• Experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management & DCO

• Strong requirement gathering, business analysis & process mapping skills

• Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills

• Experience in UI/UX-rich projects

• Ability to work with business stakeholders, Product Owners & Pega Architects

• PCBA certification is highly preferred

• Middle East banking / SAMA experience is an added advantage

• Exposure to AI use-case implementations is an additional advantage
