## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture across ERP (Microsoft Business Central), WMS, and e-commerce platforms

• Design and govern integrations between BC, WMS, Shopify, and marketplace/EDI connections

• Lead evaluation and implementation of new system integrations, ensuring data flow, stock movement, and order processes are architected correctly from the start

• Configure and govern middleware/integration layer choices to ensure reliable, maintainable data flow across ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms, avoiding point-to-point integrations that create long-term fragility

• Define and enforce data governance and architecture standards across brands and entities ensuring data security

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex integration issues across ERP/WMS/e-commerce

• Create technical documentation of system architecture, integration flows, and dependencies

• Support cross-functional stakeholders (finance, supply chain, e-commerce) in translating business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

Essential:

• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture roles, with strong hands-on background in ERP (Microsoft Business Central or equivalent)

• Proven experience architecting integrations between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Strong knowledge of middleware/integration platforms (e.g. Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar iPaaS tools) for connecting ERP, WMS, and e-commerce systems

• Experience with EDI/marketplace integrations (e.g. Frasers, Zalando, department stores)

• Strong understanding of stock movement, inventory, and order-to-fulfilment processes

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and their integration points with ERP/WMS

• Track record of managing external implementation partners/vendors on technical delivery

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Experience in fashion, apparel, or multi-brand retail

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystem

• Experience operating across multiple legal entities/regions
