## Description

International Human Resources Company (iHR) is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of HVAC Projects & Installation Projects & Operations Manager.

📍 Location: Riyadh & Jeddah

Job Purpose

Lead and oversee projects and daily operations, ensuring successful project delivery, operational excellence, quality compliance, and profitability while managing engineering and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through final handover

• Develop and monitor project schedules and execution plans

• Lead engineering and technical teams across multiple projects

• Review technical drawings, project documentation, and change orders

• Monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery

• Oversee branch operations, warehouse activities, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements

• Establish operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC projects and contracting

• Proven experience managing engineering and technical teams

• Strong knowledge of project contracts, risk management, and project execution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (MS Project or Primavera is a plus)
