Job Purpose

To monitor CCTV, report and escalate incidents, ensure the safety of people and property.

Responsibilities

Strategy

▪ Understand the Central Bank safety and Security Directives. Be aware of American Express Saudi Arabia Goals and Objectives.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

▪ Read and understand safety and security policies and procedures.

Day-to-day Operations

▪ Be punctual and responsible for monitoring CCTV and acknowledging alarms.

▪ Emergency response.

Reporting

▪ Prepare reports daily to draw insights about current business conditions.

Related Assignments

▪ Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

▪ Completes all related compliance mandatory course assignments as assigned by Training & Development department

Qualifications

▪ Diploma or qualifications related to IT.

▪ English and Arabic reading and writing.

▪ Any Safety and Security Certificate is a bonus.

▪ Any Fire safety training is a bonus.

▪ Any Health & Safety knowledge is a bonus.
