## Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Project Manager to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cards, Payments, Product Launch, and Project Management, with the ability to manage end-to-end product delivery and work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams.

• Drive go-to-market activities and ensure successful product launches.

• Manage stakeholder communication, project reporting, and executive updates.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services.

• Strong project management experience within the financial services and payments industry.

• Good understanding of retail banking products, card issuance, and digital banking.

• Proven experience in product launches and cross-functional project delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
