For an upcoming client training programme in Saudi Arabia, we are urgently looking for an experienced Hindi-English Interpreter to provide live interpretation and training support during a frontline development programme for Bellporters. This is not a document translation role. The selected professional will work alongside the trainer during live sessions, helping participants understand concepts, instructions, demonstrations, operational terminology, and practical exercises accurately and naturally. Assignment Scope The assignment will take place over two separate weeks: • Riyadh: 4–9 October 2026 • Jeddah: One week in November 2026, exact dates to be confirmed The interpreter will support training covering areas such as: • Guest welcome and first impressions • Bellporter and luggage-handling service standards • Professional communication and guest interaction • Grooming, presentation, and professional conduct • Guest privacy and discretion • Proactive service and attention to detail • Handling guest requests and complaints • Team communication and coordination • SOPs and operational procedures • Practical demonstrations, scenarios, and role-plays Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should have: • Full professional fluency in Hindi and English • Proven experience in live/consecutive interpretation, preferably in training or operational environments • Background or strong understanding of hospitality, customer experience, guest services, or service operations • Ability to interpret terminology and concepts accurately while maintaining the meaning, tone, and practical context of the trainer • Confidence interpreting in front of groups and during interactive activities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work closely with trainers and adapt quickly during practical exercises and role plays • Professional conduct, discretion, and cultural awareness • Availability for the full training week in Riyadh and, preferably, the subsequent assignment in Jeddah Previous experience supporting hospitality training, luxury hotels, premium guest services, tourism, concierge, bell services, or other high-end service environments will be considered an advantage.
