📍 Dubai-Based | 🌍 Group HR Role

We’re looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our UAE-based companies.

This role is critical to ensuring strong hiring, smooth onboarding, compliant employee management, and full alignment with UAE labour laws.

🌍 What You’ll Do:

• Manage recruitment and hiring across UAE-based roles

• Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, visas, health insurance, and employee documentation

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and employment requirements

• Work directly with free zones and external providers on HR and visa matters

• Manage probation, performance processes, leave, renewals, and off-boarding

• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance systems

• Support managers with employee relations and HR issues

🌍 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of HR experience working in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and employment compliance

• Extensive experience with UAE recruitment and hiring

• Hands-on experience managing visas, onboarding, contracts, and employee records

• Confident working with free zones and government-related HR processes

• Highly organized, sharp, tech-savvy, and able to work independently

• Experience managing HR across multiple companies or business units is strongly preferred
