The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion. Key responsibilities • Coordinate recruitment activities, including screening applications, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews and following up on hiring decisions. • Support the hiring and onboarding process by collecting required documents, coordinating joining formalities and maintaining candidate and employee records. • Arrange employee training and learning activities, communicate schedules, track participation and maintain training records. • Coordinate day-to-day HR requests and follow up with relevant departments to complete tasks on time. • Maintain accurate HR trackers, reports and documentation while handling employee information confidentially. Candidate requirements • Previous experience in recruitment and hiring. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong coordination, organisation and follow-up skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and take ownership of assigned work. • Availability to join immediately is preferred.
