Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the entire property lifecycle, including prospecting, property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions. Daily tasks involve responding to inquiries, conducting market research, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of available listings, and preparing accurate documentation. The role also includes building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every client.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess skills and experience in Real Estate, including luxury property markets and local Dubai neighborhoods.

• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing high-value transactions.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship management.

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic) is an advantage.

• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

• Candidates should possess familiarity with real estate CRM tools, digital listing platforms, and basic office software.

• Candidates should possess prior experience in real estate or luxury sales; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
