## Description

Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–7 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with significant experience in tourism, hospitality, hotel, resort, or luxury villa projects.

• Strong understanding of building construction, finishing works, and site coordination.

• Experience coordinating multiple tasks, including structural, architectural.

• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge MS Project is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project activities.

• Coordinate civil and building works for hotels, resorts, villas, tourism facilities, and other hospitality developments.

• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and civil drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies.

• Coordinate inspections, material approvals, technical submissions, and consultant/client approvals.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.

• Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
