🚨 Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our leading client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

If you have strong experience in hotel housekeeping, laundry operations, team supervision, room inspections, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your hospitality career.

💰 Salary: SAR 9,000 – 14,000 per month

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Allocate duties, prepare staff schedules, and monitor team performance.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, room preparation, and service standards are consistently maintained.

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff and provide guidance and support.

• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.

• Handle guest/client requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards.

• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, reports, and inventory documentation.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve service quality and productivity.

• Support continuous improvement of housekeeping procedures and operational processes.
🔹 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar hospitality/facilities role.

• Strong team supervision and people-management skills.

• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and hygiene protocols.

• Hands-on laundry experience, including linen handling and laundry operations.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation requirements.

• Basic proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
