Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and preparing necessary documentation and contracts. The role involves coordinating with property owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high-quality client service. The Real Estate Agent is expected to build strong relationships, meet sales targets, and represent AX Premium Properties professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real estate regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and property valuation.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
