## Description

Scope of Work:

1.Web Development

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)

Backend: Node.js, PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, .NET (C#)

2.WordPress Website Development

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress.

Create custom themes, enhance usability, and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

3.WordPress Plugin Development

Develop and customize plugins to extend website functionality.

Integrate third-party services and automate processes as required.

4.Frontend & Backend Development

Implement user-friendly web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Ensure high performance, security, and seamless interaction between frontend and backend.

5.General-purpose/Scripting:

Python, Java, C++, C#, Bash, PowerShell

6.Database Management (MySQL)

Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases to support scalable applications.

Enhance efficiency of data retrieval and storage processes.

7.Web Performance Optimization

Improve website load times, navigation, and SEO structures.

Apply best practices for caching, minification, and overall site speed.

8.Security Implementation

Apply security best practices to protect university websites.

Regularly update and patch systems, plugins, and themes.

9.Collaboration with Design and Content Teams

Work with internal teams to align visual layout and content integration with user experience goals.

10.Troubleshooting & Maintenance

Conduct regular updates, bug fixes, and maintenance tasks.

Ensure minimal downtime and stable operation of all platforms.

11.API Integration and Customization

Integrate third-party APIs and link websites to internal university systems.

12.Documentation & Reporting

Provide detailed documentation of development processes, updates, and customizations.

Submit periodic reports on performance and progress.
