We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Bartendress and are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assist our bars.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of Equinox Resort Amaala, driving our bars strategies to ensure we meet our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages according to standards.

• Understanding of mixology trends, innovations, and unique ingredients to provide guests with a memorable and sophisticated beverage experience.

• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place.

• Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and product quality.

• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.

• Support the team with opening, closing, and daily bar operations.

• Provide professional guest service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or 5-star properties preferred

• Minimum 2 years of professional bar or mixology experience

• Advanced cocktail and mixology knowledge

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

• Knowledgeable in HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulations

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and multicultural teamwork

• Experience with POS systems (Micros)
