## Description

About the Role
Double Marks is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team for a major Data Center project in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site HSE activities across excavation, civil, and structural construction works.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project HSE plan and site safety requirements.

• Manage HSE activities for excavation, heavy equipment, lifting, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.

• Prepare/review risk assessments and JSAs.

• Manage permit-to-work requirements where applicable.

• Monitor subcontractor and workforce HSE compliance.

• Coordinate with Client/Consultant HSE representatives.

• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and statistics.

• Ensure compliance with project and applicable Saudi HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant degree/diploma and recognized HSE qualifications.

• Minimum 7 years of construction HSE experience.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent preferred.

• Strong experience in excavation and major civil/structural construction.

• Experience with heavy equipment, lifting operations, and concrete works.

• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.

• Data Center or major fast-track project experience is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and English communication skills.

• Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia and able to mobilize on short notice are preferred.
