## Description

We’re Hiring | Billing Data Analyst

Location: Dubai Science Park, UAE

Department: Billing & Revenue

Role Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Reports To: Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming data for accuracy and completeness.

• Investigate missing, irregular, or estimated data and coordinate with technical teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Validate billing data before customer billing.

• Prepare reports on performance, errors, corrections, and billing trends.

• Build and maintain dashboards covering customer consumption, consumption trends, and estimated billing.

• Support monthly billing reports for management, finance, audit/compliance, and operations.

• Assist in resolving customer billing issues linked to data.

• Support billing process improvements, system updates, and workflow testing.

• Coordinate with Technical, Audit & Compliance, Customer Service, and IT/Billing Portal teams.

• Support API integration mapping and ensure data pipelines flow correctly to the billing portal.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in billing, data analysis, or utilities preferred.

• Understanding of meter reading systems, billing systems, or data validation processes is an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Experience with billing systems, CRM, or ERP.

• Understanding of meter data and consumption logic.

• Ability to create dashboards and analytical reports.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Comfortable handling large datasets and identifying anomalies.
