## Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks across the UAE

• Drive retail and channel sales growth

• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage

• Achieve sales targets and manage regional sales performance

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in construction chemicals / building materials

• Strong background in retail, distribution and channel sales

• Well-connected with dealers and distributors in the UAE

• Good understanding of the UAE construction materials market

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• UAE driving licence preferred
