ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and deliver-focused Project Manager with experience overseeing initiatives involving the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure successful execution of ServiceNow-related projects and broader business initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, or process improvements.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, manage risk and issues, an implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure business needs are clearly understood.

• Partner with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business owners to ensure successful delivery.

• Oversee UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, quality standards, and organizational best practices.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to optimizing project delivery processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience managing technology or process-driven projects, ideally involving ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
