## Description

Company Description: Junaid Perfumes is the oldest perfume house in the GCC, founded in 1910 in the Kingdom of Bahrain and renowned for its mastery of Arabian fine fragrances.

Role Description: The Junior Product Designer role at Junaid Perfumes is a full-time, on-site position based in HQ. The role involves supporting the design and development of fragrance-related products and packaging, translating brand and product concepts into visually compelling designs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior designers, marketing, and production teams; creating sketches, mockups, and design assets; and refining designs based on feedback and user insights.

What you'll do

• Design gift boxes and presentation sets from concept to production, including perfume, oil and bakhoor sets, discovery and mini sets, couple sets, and luxury boxes

• Design mubakhar (incense burners) in traditional, modern and electric formats, from sketch to finished prototype

• Develop reed diffuser collections: bottle shape, cap, reeds, labels and outer packaging

• Create seasonal collections for Ramadan, Eid, National Days, Mother's Day, weddings and corporate gifting

• Produce technical drawings, dielines, 3D renders and specifications for suppliers

• Keep designs within cost targets, working with Purchasing on MOQ, lead time and landed cost

• Track trends and benchmark competitors

• Work with Marketing, Retail Operations and Supply Chain from design brief to store launch

What you bring

• 4+ years in product, industrial or packaging design, ideally in fragrance, home fragrance, luxury or gifting

• A portfolio that shows packaging and 3D product work (e.g. gift boxes, burners, bottles, home décor)

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, plus 3D tools such as Rhino, KeyShot, Blender or SolidWorks

• Knowledge of materials and production methods: rigid boxes, foiling, embossing, metal, ceramic, glass and wood

• Understanding of GCC gifting culture and Arabian fragrance traditions

• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus
