We are a leading real estate brokerage company based in Dubai, seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the company’s brand presence in the UAE real estate market.

• Manage and direct targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Requirements & Expertise:

• Real Estate Experience: Proven marketing experience within the real estate sector, ideally in the UAE market.

• B2B Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle with the ability to target high-net-worth investors and commercial entities.

• Commercial Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and corporate communication skills.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve strategic business objectives.

• Languages: Full proficiency in English (Knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred).

• Candidates must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
