## Description

The Role

As a Manager / Senior Manager in our client's Corporate Tax team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert technical advice on corporate tax. You will be responsible for managing a team of junior consultants, demonstrating leadership, and fostering a client-oriented approach.

Technical Advisory

• Deliver expert technical advice on intricate tax matters and transactions, providing clients with comprehensive insights.

Corporate Tax

• Assist clients in the efficient implementation of corporate tax strategies

• Support clients in developing and implementing effective processes and compliance frameworks for diverse tax requirements.

Compliance

• Assist clients in obtaining clarifications on complex or ambiguous tax matters, ensuring a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Provide tax compliance services to ensure clients adhere to legal obligations and reporting standards.

Transformation Support

• Aid tax functions in transforming themselves to adapt to rapid regulatory and legislative changes, as well as pressure to optimize resources.

Skills and Attributes

Client Relationship Management

• Take responsibility for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, acting as the first-line contact for inquiries and support.

Project Management
