We’re looking for ambitious, driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for sales-focused professionals passionate about building client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage buyer & investor relationships

• Sell off-plan and secondary properties across Dubai

• Conduct property viewings and client consultations

• Generate leads through networking, referrals & marketing

• Negotiate and close property transactions

• Stay updated on market trends and new launches

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of real estate experience in Dubai preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
