Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and provide guidance on buying, selling, and renting properties across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing property listings, coordinating marketing activities, and negotiating offers and contracts in line with company standards and local regulations. The agent will stay informed about market trends and pricing, collaborate with internal teams on property management and off-plan projects, and ensure all transactions are handled with transparency and professionalism.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of local real property regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Candidates should possess proven experience in real estate sales, including prospecting, lead conversion, and deal negotiation.

• Candidates should possess an understanding of general real estate principles and practical experience working with diverse property types.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus), familiarity with Dubai real estate market, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.

• A background in business, finance, or a related field and prior experience with property management or off-plan projects are advantageous.
