About the job

HKW Wealth is looking for a freelance Social Media Content Writer who understands the property market and can write posts that make people stop scrolling and get in touch.

You'll write social content for our real estate brand, mainly on LinkedIn and Instagram. That includes captions, carousel copy, reel scripts and short-form posts on new launches, market updates and investor tips. Everything you write should help bring in leads, not just likes.

What you'll do

• Write engaging posts, captions, carousel copy and short video scripts for LinkedIn and Instagram

• Turn property launches, market data and buyer and investor insights into clear, scroll-stopping content

• Adapt tone and format to each platform while keeping one brand voice

• Work from the monthly content calendar, and suggest timely post ideas and trending angles

• Work with our design, video and sales teams so visuals and copy fit together

• Review post performance with the team and adjust your writing based on what drives engagement and enquiries

What we're looking for

• 2+ years writing social media content, ideally in real estate, property tech, or the luxury and investment sectors

• Strong copywriting skills, with punchy hooks, clear calls to action and a sharp eye for tone

• Understanding of what buyers and investors care about in the Dubai and UAE property market

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram best practices, trends and formats

• A portfolio of social media work in real estate or a similar field

• Reliable, self-managed and comfortable with quick turnarounds and deadlines
