Based in Dubai, Freesia delivers integrated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV and HVAC solutions across Azizi’s developments, from design through testing and commissioning. Job Purpose

Ensure all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installations strictly comply with project specifications, approved shop drawings, local UAE authority regulations, and international quality standards across high-rise residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Quality Control: Perform day-to-day site inspections for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems; review and sign off on Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).

• Material Approvals & Audits: Inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment on site, verifying compliance against approved Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and project specs.

• Non-Conformance & Corrective Action: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) for defective works; monitor contractor corrective and preventive actions until formal close-out.

• Testing & Commissioning Audit: Witness and verify pressure testing, hydro-testing, duct leakage tests, and TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) prior to final handover.

• Quality Documentation: Review Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Material Submittals; maintain comprehensive QA/QC logs and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 7-10 years in mechanical QA/QC roles within the UAE, specializing in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.
