🛫 We're Hiring: HR Specialist | Dubai | Aviation Industry

Are you an HR professional with experience in Dubai looking to take your career to new heights? Join our aviation team in one of the world's most dynamic cities.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based)

🕒 Schedule: 5/2 (Monday–Friday)

💼 Type: Full-time

✈️ Industry: Aviation

What You'll Do:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for aviation personnel

· Source and search for new candidates based on management requests

· Execute tasks and instructions from management within the HR scope

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters per UAE Labor Law

· Oversee visa processing, work permits, and government relations

· Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation

· Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law

· Support performance management and employee development

· Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation

What We're Looking For:

· ✅ Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Dubai, UAE

· ✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

· ✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law

· ✅ Excellent English (written & spoken)

· ✅ Russian and/or Arabic — highly desirable

· ✅ Aviation industry experience — a plus

· ✅ CIPD / SHRM certification — an advantage
