## Description

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in premium residential renovations, fit-out, extensions, landscaping, pools, and custom joinery. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Engineer to manage and coordinate renovation projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities, labour, and subcontractors.

• Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.

• Coordinate materials, procurement requirements, and site deliveries.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Engineer & Project Manager.

• Conduct quality checks and manage snagging and handover.

• Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Ensure proper site safety, organization, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.

• Atlteast 3+ years of UAE construction/renovation experience (interior fit-out)

• Strong site management and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Experience in villa and apartment renovations is a strong advantage.
