Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. The role includes preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating offers, coordinating with landlords, buyers, and tenants, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or leasing targets.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.

• Relevant experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is highly beneficial.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in using real estate CRMs and basic office software; familiarity with online listing platforms is an advantage.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an added benefit.
