The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and MIS/reporting skills, along with experience in the travel industry. Key Responsibilities • Manage and monitor staff performance, productivity, and overall team effectiveness. • Maintain strong and professional relationships with airlines, vendors, and other business partners. • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure employees follow required customer service standards and operational procedures. • Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow. • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution with a strong service-oriented approach. • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational reports, and management updates. • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, including professional email and letter drafting. • Coordinate with internal departments, airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues. • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining service quality. • Be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays, whenever required by business operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
