Chef Middle East is looking for a friendly, professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Doha, Qatar!

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Manage incoming calls, emails and general reception enquiries.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier requests.

• Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team as required.

• Maintain a tidy, professional and well-organized reception area.

• Assist with day-to-day office administration and other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office administrative role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional, courteous and customer-focused approach.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively in a busy environment.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
