## Description

HAPI is looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team immediately.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or European cuisine and be confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items according to specifications

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Work across different kitchen sections as required

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

• Support senior chefs with daily preparation and kitchen operations

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients

Requirements:

Must be available to join immediately

• Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience

• Charcoal grill experience is preferred but not essential

• Background in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or European cuisine

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong kitchen discipline

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Training
