🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Hamdaztech Technology Services LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B technology sales, with an established network across Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, and Government sectors in the UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and technology partners

• Drive opportunities with ADNOC Group and other Oil & Gas customers

• Promote IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, ELV, networking, automation, and technology solutions

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure

• Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations

• Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and solution providers

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
🔹 Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B technology sales in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of the UAE Oil & Gas / Energy market

• Existing customer and industry relationships will be an advantage

• Experience dealing with ADNOC, EPCs, system integrators, and major industrial customers is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
