## Description

We are a well-established and diversified business group with a strong presence in Kuwait and a growing portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to strengthen our technical team with experienced and reliable professionals.

We are looking for a skilled and efficient AutoCAD Draftsman with strong experience in preparing and modifying accurate technical drawings.

The ideal candidate should be fast, detail-oriented, and confident in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and revise **2D AutoCAD drawings** and detailed working drawings.

- Produce **Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings**.

- Convert sketches, mark-ups, and technical requirements into accurate and well-organized drawings.

- Read and interpret **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings**.

- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, levels, details, annotations, and layers.

- Organize drawing files and prepare drawings for **PDF / plotting**.

- Handle revisions quickly and deliver drawings within required timelines.

Requirements

- Strong practical experience with **AutoCAD 2D**.

- Good knowledge of **Architectural & Engineering Drawings**.

- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP plans.

- High drafting speed without compromising accuracy.

- Strong attention to detail and file organization.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Experience in **villa, residential, or commercial projects** is preferred.

Additional Advantage

Knowledge of Revit or SketchUp would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
