Context

We are seeking few experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our operations individually in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing key client relationships and achieving revenue targets. This is a strategic role with a strong focus on expanding our market presence in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and India.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue growth in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and India.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, FMCG business entities, and relevant food Importers in Oman.

• Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

• Leverage GCC market knowledge to drive cross-border opportunities and regional growth.

• Monitor sales metrics and generate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.

• Represent PROME at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and India.
