## Description

Title: Lending Product Manager

Department: Corporate & Institutional Banking - Credit and Lending

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensures successful engagement in IT and relevant stakeholders on the development and enhancement initiatives.

• Ensures all product offerings are aligned to SAB’s marketing approach.

• Leads all initiatives on related queries from Coverage Teams and Support Teams.

• Promotes IFS business and actively explore to increase market share through visits.

• Promotes and executes project plans to deliver the transformation strategy.

• Ensure risk mitigation is central to all initiatives. Actively raising MSIIs when necessary.

• Post Sale Check for lending products (excl. SME segment), on a bi-annual basis.

• Assesses with vendors for product updates, new product evaluation, future expansion plans and scheduling cost and quality management during execution of project involving vendors.

• Develops transformation within the department by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable goals achievement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in Lending, Product Management, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services.

• Strong knowledge of lending products, product development, transformation initiatives, risk management, and stakeholder/vendor management.
