• Lead and coordinate Rigger I personnel, crane operators, and lifting crews.

• Verify lifting plans, load calculations, and proper selection of lifting equipment.

• Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, hooks, and other rigging gear before use.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work procedures, and client safety standards.

• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and monitor daily lifting operations.

• Report work progress, equipment status, and coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams.
