## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the management of all activities related to the digital platforms and campaigns of awareness campaigns.

• Provides recommendations regarding areas of development and improvement within the department.

• Supervises the management of activities and monitoring of various social media channels for awareness campaigns.

• Contributes to the development and implementation of social media and digital media campaigns for awareness campaigns.

• Contributes to reviewing the content developed by the Digital Content Production Department for awareness communication and managing content publishing activities through the social media channels of awareness campaigns.

• Monitors and verifies the compliance of various activities for publishing information and content of the National Energy Consumption Rationalization Campaign in media/social media with guidelines and policies.

• Supervises engagement with the public on social media platforms and responds to their inquiries.

• Monitors the reservation of spaces for digital advertisements.

• Monitors the evaluation of the effectiveness of various communication/social media channels and websites that are used.

• Supervises the media plans for the Energy System and provides views and advice, when needed.

• Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements and proposals for improving its performance.

• Complies with the entity’s work regulations and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.

• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Media or any related field.
