Our Real Estate Agent Training Program is designed to give aspiring agents the training, practical experience and support needed to develop into successful real estate brokers. The program begins within our Secondary Market Department, where you will learn the fundamentals of the business through real, hands-on experience. You will be trained on how to prospect, make calls, generate listings, communicate with property owners and buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate and close transactions. Rather than learning real estate only in a classroom, you will be actively working in the market, speaking with clients, building your pipeline and developing the skills required to generate your own business. As you gain experience and successfully close transactions, you will have the opportunity to progress further within AX CAPITAL, including a pathway into our Off-Plan Sales Department. You will learn how to: • Prospect and identify new business opportunities • Make outbound calls and communicate confidently with property owners • Generate and manage property listings • Build relationships with sellers, landlords, buyers and investors • Qualify clients and understand their requirements • Build and manage an active sales pipeline • Develop strong knowledge of Dubai communities, buildings and property prices • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Follow up effectively with prospective clients • Handle objections and negotiate with buyers and sellers • Understand the processes and documentation involved in property transactions • Manage a transaction from initial contact through to closing Most importantly, you will learn how to create your own opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of business.
