CO-FOUNDER | PERFORM BY AI | SAUDI ARABIA

I am looking for a Saudi co-founder.

​

Location: Saudi Arabia, Saudi national

​

There are two ways to do this. As an operating co-founder you build and lead the Saudi business with me. As a founding partner you invest in it and sit on the board, and I run it. Both are set out below.

​

Perform by AI is a Dubai-based firm established in early 2025, and I am moving it to an integrated enterprise solution model that delivers end-to-end AI Strategy, Governance, Adoption and Integration for enterprises and government. Saudi Arabia has named 2026 the Year of Artificial Intelligence, it is now our primary market and the base for regional expansion, and the work ahead is growth, evolving the firm and shifting it in the right direction together. I want a Saudi partner who owns that with me.

ROUTE 1 | CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER, SAUDI ARABIA

You build and grow the business with me and lead it in the Kingdom. The clients, the delivery and the team are yours to run, and we shape the offerings together.

​

There is no salary in this route, and I want that clear from the start. For the first three months we share equally in the sales we generate together, and at the end of those three months that converts into a co-founder equity share and the role of Managing Partner for Saudi Arabia.

​

What I am looking for

• Ten or more years in a leading strategy, technology or professional services firm, for example McKinsey and QuantumBlack, BCG and BCG X, Bain, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Accenture, IBM, Gartner or the Big Four, or a senior technology or AI leadership role in a major Saudi organisation.

• Five or more years leading client engagements across AI strategy, governance and enterprise adoption.

• A Masters degree or PhD, with AI-related certifications or the equivalent qualification.

• Full time once we sign. This is a founder's role and it takes whatever hours the business needs.

ROUTE 2 | FOUNDING PARTNER

​

If you would rather invest than operate, this is the route. It gives you a founding stake in the Saudi AI market through a firm that already exists, with the Saudi company built around your capital. You sit on the board and I run the business as CEO, and I bring the firm, its offerings, its partners and its pipeline into the Saudi company, along with my full time in the Kingdom. Your investment sets up the company, builds the first team and carries it to its first mandates, released in stages as we hit what we agree together. There is one seat at this table, and I will share the investment paper with you in confidence after our first conversation.

I was raised in Saudi Arabia, and most of my work over the last twelve years has been in the Kingdom. Over those years I have built a solid reputation with many of its leaders, and I hold integrity, values and trust above everything else in business. This is the country I grew up in, and I intend to build the next stage of this firm here, with a Saudi partner beside me.
