Team members contribute directly to making travel more efficient, convenient, and enjoyable for guests.

We are hiring the launch team. You will be among the first agents in the Kingdom trained to run check-in outside the terminal, working on airline systems and building the operating standard others will follow.

Role Description In this role, you will assist with the check-in process, verifiy travel documents, and ensure accurate data entry into the system. You will help guests with booking confirmations and luggage tagging. Daily responsibilities also include addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with airport and airline staff, and following all safety and security procedures.

What you will do

Check-in

• Receive passengers, verify booking, flight details and service eligibility

• Verify identity and travel documents in line with approved procedures

• Process check-in through the airline's DCS within assigned authorities

Baggage acceptance

• Verify piece count and weight against airline policy, and process excess baggage

• Apply baggage acceptance procedures and prohibited/restricted items controls

• Issue and attach baggage tags, verifying passenger, flight and destination data

• Apply security seals and record seal numbers per procedure

Handover and chain of custody

• Prepare baggage for transport and complete handover to the responsible party

• Document transfer of custody in line with chain-of-custody procedures

Compliance and exceptions

• Record exceptions and discrepancies, and escalate beyond-authority cases immediately

• Comply with aviation security and safety requirements and passenger data protection

• Maintain assigned DCS terminals, scales, printers and equipment

What you bring

• 1–3 years in airport customer service or ground handling

• Familiarity with DCS systems and baggage acceptance procedures

• Able to work rotating shifts under operational pressure

• Arabic and English

• Eligible to obtain the required security clearance
