## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the management of visits by stakeholders, VIPs, and official delegations, and ensures that protocols are defined and followed.

• Provides recommendations regarding areas of development and improvement within the department.

• Supervises activities related to the development and updating of the entity’s protocol and ceremonial guide.

• Contributes to training and development activities for employees involved in protocol and ceremonial operations.

• Supervises accompanying VIPs and official delegations during all external and internal visits.

• Monitors preparations for visits by VIPs and official delegations by completing the necessary planning, coordination, and arrangements related thereto.

• Reviews communications related to VIPs and official delegations and verifies their compliance with the entity’s protocols.

• Supervises the booking and management activities of all necessary arrangements for hosting/receiving Organization delegations in coordination with the relevant work teams.

• Complies with the entity’s work regulations and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.

• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Media or any related field.
