## Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a freelance ARIS Process Mining professional to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ARIS Process Mining solutions, analyzing process data, and delivering actionable insights that drive optimization initiatives. This role offers flexible collaboration with our clients and cross-functional teams to architect, deploy, and refine process mining use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ARIS Process Mining workflows to extract, clean, and analyze process data

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact process optimization opportunities

• Develop visualizations and dashboards that translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Validate model accuracy, monitor performance, and iterate on mining scenarios

• Document methodologies, best practices, and project deliverables for knowledge transfer

• Provide expert guidance on data governance, data quality, and process mapping standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ARIS Process Mining

• Strong hands-on experience with ARIS Platform, Process Mining algorithms, and data extraction

• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in related BPM or data analytics tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis)

• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and data quality assessment

• Experience working in cross-functional, client-facing environments
