Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi nationals only. The Project Manager supports the Head of Programs, KSA and the wider Program Team in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of customer proposals and tenders. The role is responsible for defining project scope, requirements, and delivery conditions in line with customer expectations, while ensuring successful execution against agreed quality, schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

The Project Manager is accountable for the safe, compliant, and seamless delivery of projects across Saudi Arabia. This includes managing the full project lifecycle from project initiation through installation, integration, testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and final handover.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, and schedule. The role also involves proactive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical), Aviation Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 7-10 years of project delivery experience, including 3-5 years in airport, aviation, security screening, baggage handling, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience delivering security screening system projects, including installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Strong understanding of airport operations, construction in live environments, stakeholder coordination, and aviation security requirements.

• Knowledge of security screening systems, network infrastructure, system integration, testing and commissioning processes (FAT/SAT), and project handover activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
