Role Description

The Operations Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across MEDirect’s virtual clinic ecosystem. This position includes coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing operational processes, and supporting the rollout and optimization of platform features.

The Operations Lead will monitor performance metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

The role involves collaborating with product, support, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clinics and integration with external partners such as labs, radiology centers, pharmacies, and insurers.

The Operations Lead will also contribute to creating operational best practices, documentation, and guidelines that support scale and compliance in a digital healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, business operations, or process management within SaaS, healthcare, or related industries.

• Skills in workflow design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches).

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate projects in a remote setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with operational KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including SaaS products, CRM systems, project management software, and collaboration tools.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

• Prior experience in telehealth, health tech, or clinical operations is beneficial but not required.
