Bin Al Sheikh Holding is a diversified business group operating across Real Estate, Contracting, Construction, Trading, and other commercial sectors. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Oman Branch, The Village Project.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oman. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, achieve revenue targets, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of sales management experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

• Experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred.
