## Description

We are seeking a strategic, user-focused Technical Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer feedback

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal teams, customers, and market trends

• Write detailed product specifications and user stories

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features and improvements

• Monitor product performance and user analytics, iterate based on insights

• Communicate product updates to stakeholders, leadership, and customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 4+ years of product management experience

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar

• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
