## Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Protocol & Guest Management Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of high-level guest experiences, ensuring seamless coordination of protocol standards, hospitality services, and VIP arrangements. This role is critical in upholding the organization's reputation for excellence in guest relations and formal etiquette. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering flawless, culturally sensitive guest management services.

About the project: A high-profile, international football tournament

Contract: 2 to 3 months

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all protocol activities for VIP and official guests

• Support the planning and delivery of guest arrival, accreditation, access and seating arrangements

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for guest reception, hospitality, and departure

• Liaise with government entities, embassies, and senior officials on protocol matters

• Manage and train a team of protocol and guest management staff

• Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, delegations, and official visits

• Ensure compliance with cultural, religious, and diplomatic protocol standards

• Prepare briefing materials and itineraries for VIP guests and delegations

Required Qualifications

• Saudi nationals or candidates with valid iqama

Experience Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services, hospitality, stakeholder management or event operations

• Experience supporting VIP, hospitality or guest operations for sporting events, tournaments, conferences, exhibitions or other large-scale events is preferred
