## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Migration Consultant with 3-5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience and a strong focus on data migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), FBDI-based data migration, and data reconciliation processes across Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end data migration activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation projects.

• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Develop and maintain data mapping documents, conversion rules, migration strategies, and technical specifications.

• Utilize Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) to load and validate Core HR and workforce-related business objects.

• Prepare, configure, and troubleshoot HDL data files and resolve data load issues.

• Execute data migrations using FBDI templates for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Suppliers, and Purchase Orders (POs).

• Create and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

• Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Execute multiple mock migration cycles and support full production cutover activities.

• Perform source-to-target data reconciliation and prepare detailed reconciliation and validation reports.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve migration defects, data inconsistencies, and load failures.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and migration dependencies.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating migrated data and addressing data-related issues.

• Document migration processes, mapping logic, validation results, and deployment activities.

• Ensure adherence to project standards, data governance policies, and data quality requirements.

• Monitor migration progress, provide status updates, and proactively escalate risks or issues.

• Work independently on assigned migration tasks while coordinating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement of migration processes, tools, and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience.

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration projects.

• Proven hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) across Core HR business objects.

• Strong hands-on experience using FBDI templates for Oracle Finance and Procurement data migration.

• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.

• Experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.

• Experience executing multiple mock migration cycles and production cutover support.

• Ability to work independently on migration-related technical activities with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
